How to install the quick solenoid valve connector circuit?
There are two kinds of solenoid valves: single type and three-dimensional type. The installation requirements of the two types of solenoid valves are basically the same, and the installation should be carried out according to the following procedures.
(1) First align the conduits at both ends, parallel the end faces of the vertical solenoid valve connector, and position with spot welding to ensure the sealing of the solenoid valve.
(2) In order to prevent internal parts from being damaged by heat, remove the valve body and perform welding. After welding, remove welding slag and oxides to prevent channel blockage.
(3) Check and remove the burrs or dirt on the sealing line connecting the solenoid pilot valve and the main valve, so as not to scratch the soft aluminum sheet and cause the solenoid valve connector to not be tightly sealed.
(4) When the solenoid pilot valve is connected with the main valve, do not apply too much force, otherwise the five-hole aluminum sheet in the middle will be biased, causing the through hole to become smaller or sealed and unable to conduct.
(5) The flange of the magnetic isolation sleeve and the seat of the pilot valve are sealed by the sealing gasket. When tightening the screws, they should be tightened at the corners. If the force is applied unevenly, it will cause leakage. Solenoid valve connector is installed like this
