There are the following situations that the solenoid valve does not work after it is energized
Check the power wiring, if there is poor contact, rewire and connect the connector
Check the power supply voltage, if it is not in the working range, adjust to the normal position range
Check coil soldering, if desoldered, re-solder
Check the coil, if shorted, replace the coil
Check the working pressure differential, if it is not suitable, adjust the differential pressure or replace the commensurate solenoid valve
Check fluid temperature, if too high, replace solenoid valve commensurate
Check for impurities. If there are impurities that make the main spool and moving iron core of the solenoid valve stuck, clean it. If the seal is damaged, replace the seal and install a filter.
Check the solenoid valve liquid viscosity, if the clay is too large, the frequency is too high and the life is over, replace the product
